December Facebook Photos

Hello all!
Check it out! I'm posting on time/early!!!
I hope you enjoy these photos that were posted to my Facebook page during December.

No matter where I am, I will always be country at heart <3

These handsome boys gave me a good excuse to get my camera out...
The sunset was a dud, but the sky was still pretty amazing and
made for some good silhouettes :D

My brother :)

I think this guy was pretty excited to be taken for a ride :P

Love this silhouette :)

I love how much detail some flowers have in them when you look closely.
My hoya <3

Moods of the Ocean.
I took this photo during our beach holiday last week while my very
patient husband waited for me <3

The Wharf, Mooloolaba :)

While we were away at Mooloolaba in December, we got to see this amazing sunset.

Boxing Day Sunset.
Boxing Day afternoon I headed out of town a bit to watch the sunset.
There were plenty of storms around and this sunset didn't disappoint.
This photo was taken on Tyson Road, Emerald.

This photo was also taken on Boxing Day, a bit later than sunset. The clouds turned a beautiful pink!

I love a good sunset :)

This spectacular Christmas Tree belongs to my beautiful friends from  Roma.
Each decoration on this tree was either handpicked by them,
or given to them. And it has almost 600 lights! It truly is magnificent.

A [belated] Merry Christmas to you all!
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!

I've been playing with a few black & whites lately.
This photo was taken at the Dorrigo National Park on our honeymoon last year.

We are so blessed to have so many beautiful places in Australia :)

I posted both the colour and black & white version of this photo on
my Facebook page and asked what people preferred - colour won :)

When I saw the character this gorgeous old shed had,
I just snapped! :P

Another photo from our NSW trip.

The sky was so blue and the water was like a mirror!
Chaffey Dam, South East of Tamworth, NSW, October 2015.

Ahhh... The serenity :) Can't you just hear the water running?
Mossman George, Cairns. Taken July 2014.

How adorable is this little guy!
There's just something about a Brahman's big floppy ears

There may have been a pokey little puppy
catching this beautiful boy's attention
when I took this photo

The sun setting on another day :)

I love the fluffy ears Charolais get, especially in winter :)

Colour won this black & white vs colour
comp too :)

There are some old sheep yards down at
the property we own at St George.
They have so much character, but unfortunately
there's not much left of them now.

There is a cute collection of about 30 mailboxes lined up at
Woolomin, NSW (between Tamworth and Nundle). This is about a third of them.
This photo was taken on our honeymoon, October last year.

I always get excited when I rediscover photos I took ages ago.
Like this one from 2012 :D

We really have been having some spectacular sunsets lately.
This one was taken at the Fairbairn Dam.

FARM·ER: Noun.
One who is outstanding in their field.

Like father, like son :P

Over Easter, Anthony & I went for a drive with my father-in-law
to the property they share-farm. The light was in the perfect
spot to make the grass sparkle in front of this old cruiser.

Another one of the old ute - it's quite photogenic, don't you think?

There's just something about old fence posts -
especially when they are on a lean hehe.

I love this time of the year when pink lines the horizon at dusk

There is something about the simplicity of a
black and white photograph.

The day I took this photo I was in a grumpy mood, so decided to grab
my camera and go for a drive. I'm so glad I did!
It was such a magnificent sunset.

I was at home for lunch one day and a willie wagtail came and
sat on my front verandah, and it reminded me of this photo.
He was happy just singing along and I could have listened to him all day.

Here is the photo for April out of my 2016 Calendar.

I haven't shared any puppy love for a while,
so here's one of Bandit when he was younger <3

Beautiful "Brumby".
We got "Brumby" as a foal over 10 years ago.
He was chestnut as a baby! His coat continually changes colour...

August & September Facebook Photos

Can you hear the weekend coming? ;)

There's something magical
about dew drops on the buffel grass :)

This is a photo from the beginning of the year when it was green!
Thankfully we have been getting some more rain the last few weeks so it is
getting green again :)

Winter in Emerald Qld

"Life. It makes much more sense in the saddle".

These cuties were watching me through the yards.
I thought the rails made a pretty good frame

Here's a bit of cuteness for you!!

Horses are such beautiful creatures!
