I was going through some photos today and I realised I never shared this collection with you from January last year! 

The lightning this night was incredible.

(This year our theme is Queensland Weather).

Lightning Storm 28-10-14

These photos were taken from my verandah on the 28th October. I am very very happy with them! 

There is a red glow in a few of the photos from a fire that was started by the fire.

morning back in September.
It made an awesome backdrop!

The clouds sure do make a pretty awesome backdrop some days :)

Lightning!

Lightning! 

These were taken approx 8km East of Emerald on Tuesday 12th November. 

I didn't have my tripod with me so I was using my car bonnet instead! I'm not sure how I pulled it off really... 

I can't pick a favourite... I hope you like them too!

These were taken from home of a storm that was North East of Emerald on the 23rd April

The storm was too far away to get any fantastic lightning shots, but these are the best I got.
