Storm 16.01.2015

I was going through some photos today and I realised I never shared this collection with you from January last year!

The lightning this night was incredible.

This one made it onto the cover of the
2016 Emerald Show Schedule cover!
(This year our theme is Queensland Weather).

October, November & December Facebook Photos

As you can see by these photos, we had some pretty awesome storm clouds towards the end of last year :D
Well, just cool clouds in general really :)

November Facebook Photos

I took this photo during our holiday up at Cairns in July this year.
I loved this paddock with the rich green grass, blue mountains in the background and the trees

My favourite tree at sunset :)

Another photo of my favourite tree  Oh and it's not rain in this photo - it's dust!

I love the stars in this photo! You had to be lucky to get under this storm!

A bit of cuteness :)

Lightning Storm 28-10-14

These photos were taken from my verandah on the 28th October. I am very very happy with them!

There is a red glow in a few of the photos from a fire that was started by the fire.

Saddled up and ready to go!... Almost... Just missing the bridle hehe...

I must say - I am quite proud of this one!
Taken 28/10/14

I took this photo of a beautiful pregnant mama one foggy
morning back in September.
It made an awesome backdrop!

I think someone wants to get out hehe

The clouds sure do make a pretty awesome backdrop some days :)

Bruizer scratching his tummy. How cute is that nose!

There's two of my favourite things to photograph in this photo -
Sunsets and windmills

Here's a sunset photo I took on the 29th December at
"Wyntoon" Gindie. I love the view of the mountains from "Wyntoon"!

Here's a photo to end your Monday on a happy note.
The colours in the clouds and the rain on 30th December
were absolutely magnificent.

Can you see the 3 bulls looking at me?
I think their 3 happy little heads and the birds make this photo
But I do love the sun rays as well :)

I was at a friend's 21st Birthday party at the start of January when this happened.
No way was I going to miss getting a shot of it!

A lot of the sunsets we've been getting lately have been absolutely beautiful!

It's my little man's first birthday today!

Thirsty horses after getting a workout!

Another Australian icon - the FLY!!!
Ok, so maybe it's more of a pest but you can't have Australia Day without flies!

his veggie garden.

Back in October I went out to the Fairbairn Dam with my brother,
sister and some of their mates.
This is one of them enjoying a bit of wake boarding

Life's better in the country!

"What you lookin' at?"
These boys were blocking my path on the way to work one morning.
They did eventually let me through hehe.

Sometimes you just gotta work out who's boss!

Did you all get spoilt at Christmas? I did!
My wonderful other half and his mum got me a wide angle lens.
Here's one of the first photos I took with it :)
Have I mentioned that I love clouds?
