There is a cute collection of about 30 mailboxes lined up at
Woolomin, NSW (between Tamworth and Nundle). This is about a third of them.
This photo was taken on our honeymoon, October last year.

I always get excited when I rediscover photos I took ages ago.
Like this one from 2012 :D

We really have been having some spectacular sunsets lately.
This one was taken at the Fairbairn Dam.

FARM·ER: Noun.
One who is outstanding in their field.

Like father, like son :P

Over Easter, Anthony & I went for a drive with my father-in-law
to the property they share-farm. The light was in the perfect
spot to make the grass sparkle in front of this old cruiser.

Another one of the old ute - it's quite photogenic, don't you think?

There's just something about old fence posts -
especially when they are on a lean hehe.

I love this time of the year when pink lines the horizon at dusk

There is something about the simplicity of a
black and white photograph.

The day I took this photo I was in a grumpy mood, so decided to grab
my camera and go for a drive. I'm so glad I did!
It was such a magnificent sunset.

I was at home for lunch one day and a willie wagtail came and
sat on my front verandah, and it reminded me of this photo.
He was happy just singing along and I could have listened to him all day.

Here is the photo for April out of my 2016 Calendar.

I haven't shared any puppy love for a while,
so here's one of Bandit when he was younger <3

Beautiful "Brumby".
We got "Brumby" as a foal over 10 years ago.
He was chestnut as a baby! His coat continually changes colour...

Another photo from our short trip to NSW back in January.
There really was some beautiful scenery down there :)

I thought I would share a different breed of dog today
instead of my usual dachshunds...
This is our neighbour - isn't he gorgeous?

How gorgeous is my Godson!! :)  He has he most beautiful eyes <3

Every now and then I have what my mum calls an "I saw God today" moment...
And this was one of them.

This beautiful sunset is the March image in the
Bindi Taneal Photography 2016 Rural Calendar.

So I wanted to share a photo that was a bit Autumn-ish
seeing as we are now in Autumn (Not that you can tell here in Emerald... but anyway...)...
This is the photo I found smile emoticon I love the warm colours and
of course how can you resist that adorable puppy face!!

Back in 2009 my husband's family planted a Sunflowers crop,
which is when I took this photo. The birds got into them and
damaged the crop so badly they haven't planted them since.

A little bit spikey...

Since moving to town, I haven't taken many photos. It's hard not having the rural landscape at my finger tips anymore, so I have become a bit of a plant-aholic to keep me entertained instead... Succulents and cacti are one of my personal favourites...

Here's a few snaps from my garden taken with my macro lens back in February after some rain :)

One man's trash is another man's treasure

How gorgeous are these old relics! I bet they could tell some stories.

I think the old cars would look good in my garden one day ;)

This old car was one my husband's grandfather use to drive. It started as a
sedan, then they cut it down to a ute and he drove it until it caught on fire.
Luckily he escaped unharmed, but he sure had his family worried for a bit!
They didn't know if he was still in the burning car when they found it,
but he had started the long walk home :P

New England High Country, NSW - October 2015

After our wedding in October last year, we went on a driving honeymoon down to NSW. This is just a small selection of the many photos I took!

We spent most of our time in the New England High Country. If ever you get a chance to explore the area it is definitely worth it!

Some of the places we visited were Tenterfield, Glenn Innes, Armidale, Dorrigo, Tamworth, Nundle, Bathurst, Gundagai, Tumut and lots of other places in between.

(Please note the photos aren't really in any particular order)

We saw a lot of picturesque little creeks and big gum trees like the ones
in this photo. So peaceful. Taken between Armidale and Dorrigo.

How beautiful are these dairy cows!

So this was a frequent sight while Anthony and I were on our honeymoon -
window down and camera out

I love the texture in the grass in this photo

One of the many cute little old sheds we found on our adventure.

I was taking photos of these rocks (from outside the fence) and the owner
came along and told us we could go into the paddock to get closer to the rocks
if we wanted to. So we did and this was one of the end results
:)

The milking shed at Saumarez Homestead, Armidale.

This was taken at the Tenterfield Railway Museum.

On our way home from our honeymoon it wasn't hard to tell when we
were back in Queensland - it went from green to brown almost instantly.
This photo was taken on the Darling Downs.

We did approx 6,000km over 2 weeks and we visited so many places I can't remember where a lot of these photos were taken! Lucky we kept a journal of our trip ;)
